Shipping policy


Order processing times


Provided that card security checks and payments are complete, we aim to ship orders the same day if these are placed before 2pm on a business day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped in the next 1-3 business days. Orders received on a Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed during holidays are dispatched on the following business day. During busy times (e.g., holiday periods), there may be processing and shipping delays. Customers will be notified if their delivery times are negatively affected. Your order will arrive within 4-6 working days.


Shipping charges

We offer shipping to anywhere in India excluding Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep. Our shipping charge system is very simple. For Indian orders, we charge a shipping fee of ₹ 99.00 for orders below ₹ 500.00. For orders of ₹ 500.00 or more, shipping is free-of-charge.

 

Order tracking


Our delivery partners are SSN Logistics Ltd (trading name: Delhivery) and Shiprocket Pvt Ltd. This means that specific couriers used for your orders will vary from time to time depending on their availability and estimated shipping times provided on the delivery partner platform. We will assign your order to the best courier available at the time of order. You do not need to worry about this. No matter the courier, your order will be tracked. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing order details as well as a tracking number.

 

Damaged goods

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Because Superfarmers Innoventures Private Limited only trades in perishable food items, this means that our products are non-returnable for safety reasons. However, in the case you receive defective or damaged or wrong items, please email us at info@superfarmers.in or send us a WhatsApp message at +91-8279710118 within 24 hours from the delivery of the order so that we can evaluate the issue. Products received in a damaged state can ONLY be refunded if we are informed within 24 hours from the moment you receive the order. Kindly note that we require an image of the Product(s) to ensure the nature of the damage (i.e., courier issue or packaging issue) and to eventually approve the refund. Damaged goods once opened by the customer are non-refundable.


Order cancellation by the User

After placing an order, a customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will need to email us at info@superfarmers.in or send us a WhatsApp message at +91-8279710118. If the products are already dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order.


Order cancellation by Superfarmers Innoventures Private Limited

Superfarmers Innoventures Private Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. A 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address, undeliverable address, or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Superfarmers for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User and deducted from the payment made upon placing the order.
