Returns & Refunds
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Because Superfarmers Innoventures Private Limited only trades in perishable food items, this means that our products are non-returnable for safety reasons.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once delivered to you. If the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at feedback@superfarmers.in or send us a WhatsApp message at +91 8279710118 within 24 hours from the delivery of the order so that we can evaluate the issue. Products received in a damaged state can ONLY be refunded if we are informed within 24 hours from the moment you receive the order. Kindly note that we would require an image of the Product(s) to ensure the nature of the damage (i.e., courier issue or packaging issue) and to eventually approve the refund. Food items once opened by the customer are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued within a period of 5-7 working days to the bank account of the customer, calculated from the 24-hour period after order delivery completion.
Exchanges
Customer safety is of great importance to us. As explained above, for safety reasons, we cannot accept product exchanges.
